The power/energy storage square shell battery module PACK automatic production line includes cell feeding,cell height
measurement,ocV detection and sorting,automatic flpping and matching,adhesive bonding(compatible with automatic and
manual adhesive bonding),automatic stacking and extrusion,polarity detection addressing,laser cleaning,aluminum row
welding,electrical performance testing,PACK assembly and other automated production processes.
2、TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS
Online battery cell sorting,automatically flipping and selecting the adhesive surface according to the battery module
formula;The module laser welding line is compatible with both semi-automatic and fully automatic production;Production
parameter data can be uploaded to the MES system for production management;The overall line efficiency can reach 12-15PPM.
