1、EQUIPMENT FUNCTIONS
This device is mainly used for multifunctional integrated
equipment such as helium detection,leakage testing,and
film coating for square and cylindrical lithium battery cover
plates.The battery cover plate is fed into the equipment
through a conveyor line or a material tray feeder.The
process includes material feeding,fiber laser coding and
scanning,helium leak detection,re inspection,electrical
performance testing,size inspection,film coating,NG and
OK materials,and automatic loading of OK materials into
the tray.The data traceability system of the equipment
automatically records the inspection data of each cover
plate,and can statistically and query the production status
and qualification rate of the cover plate.The detection data
can be exported and saved.
