The semi-automatic battery module production line forpower/energy storage square shell batteries adopts asingle-layer double speed line operation,including manualmodule translation online,addressing and cleaningpolarity detection,manual installation of busbar cCS,polewelding,manual inspection and cleaning,EOL testing andother production processes.

2、TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Online battery cell sorting,automatically flipping andselecting the adhesive surface according to the batterymodule formula;The module laser welding line iscompatible with both semi-automatic and fully automaticproduction;Production parameter data can be uploaded tothe MES system for production management;The overallline efficiency can reach 12-15PPM.
